Not existing drop rates/ Upgrade rates are sh*t.
Best people - got 15 changers / hours - from metins - and here are even more bonuses than the official.
So the only way is to farm 8/10 hours per day(with 2 chars) or donate big sums of money.
Unfortunately, other private servers are sh*t as well.

One of the most longevive and well mantained servers. Unfortunatelly, they went a bit in the woke side and starting to implement or guard woke things (neomarxist, aka the nice sounding name "progress"sism).
Even if I do not like this aspect, they are still the best Staff I know of. I respect that.
(It is one of the few games or Staff that I am willing to donate money to.)
