Sadly a real P2W Server which makes me sad. P-Server were designed not to have the feeling you have on official servers. Which brings me to the next point: No need to create yourself or for guild/friends/money a buff shaman, since the one everyone can buy at the itemshop is almost as good as an outmaxed shaman, which is costly a time consuming. So no. Can't relate to play here.
